Our winery is growing.
And with it, our need for space is growing too.

A new production hall is currently being built behind the cellar – a place where future vintages will be created. This is a major step for us. Not just in terms of construction, but also symbolically.

Every stage in the development of the Holánek Winery has its own story. From the very first bottles, through the expansion of our vineyards, to today’s decision to invest in facilities that match our ambitions. We don’t want to stand still. We want to keep moving forward.

The new hall will bring us:

• more space to work with wine in a calm and clean environment
• state-of-the-art technological facilities
• more efficient handling of tanks and barrels
• capacity for further growth

It’s an investment in quality.
In certainty.
In the future.

We remain a family-run winery.
But we want the environment in which our wines are produced to be as strong as their character.
