2. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The purpose of the processing of your personal data is the creation, recording, and handling of orders and the sending of tax documents for the ordering of goods.
3.2. No automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation takes place on the part of the controller.
4. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the controller is 3 years, but no longer than until the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of processing).
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be the companies GRAWEB s.r.o. (operator of the e-shop system), ZONER software a.s., and Toptrans a.s.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, or to restriction of their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and further the right to the portability of your personal data.
6.2. You have the right to withdraw at any time your consent to the processing of your personal data given to the controller. This, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal of consent. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at the email fara@holanek.com
6.3. If you were to believe that the processing of your personal data has breached or is breaching the Regulation, you have, among other things, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. COOKIES
7.1. The website uses cookies in three categories. Necessary cookies keep the cart, your login and the selected currency working and are always stored, as the shop cannot run without them. Analytics cookies are used for anonymous traffic measurement (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity). Marketing cookies are used for advertising measurement and targeting (Google Ads, Sklik).
7.2. Analytics and marketing cookies are stored only after you consent in the bar shown on your first visit. Until then nothing is stored and no advertising or analytics tool receives identifying data.
