2. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent given to this controller within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the "Regulation").
3. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The purpose of the processing of your personal data is the creation, recording, and handling of orders and the sending of tax documents for the ordering of goods.
3.2. No automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation takes place on the part of the controller.
4. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the controller is 3 years, but no longer than until the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of processing).
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be the companies GRAWEB s.r.o. (operator of the e-shop system), ZONER software a.s., and Toptrans a.s.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, or to restriction of their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and further the right to the portability of your personal data.
6.2. You have the right to withdraw at any time your consent to the processing of your personal data given to the controller. This, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal of consent. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at the email fara@holanek.com
6.3. If you were to believe that the processing of your personal data has breached or is breaching the Regulation, you have, among other things, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
These terms take effect on 24 April 2020.
