Everything is made here in Ivaň, with our own hands.
We are the Holánek family. We are winemakers. We farm our own organic vineyards in Ivaň, in the heart of the Mikulov wine subregion. Wine isn't just what we do — it's the way we live.
We grow the grapes, harvest them at optimal ripeness and process them in our historic wine cellar. Our wines mature naturally, and thanks to our own bottling line they go into the bottle only when they are truly ready. That way the entire journey of the wine is in our hands — from our own organic vineyard to the bottle.

I'm after a lighter off-dry white for an evening cheese board.
Excellent choice! For soft white-rind cheeses I'd recommend our aromatic Pálava. Perfectly balanced residual sugar and a fresh streak of acidity.
