Jiří will help.

Three questions, one recommendation. I built the Wine Guide to share exactly what I'd tell you in person down in the cellar.

Welcome to our cellar! Tell me — what dish or occasion are you choosing a wine for today?

I'm after a lighter off-dry white for an evening cheese board.

Excellent choice! For soft white-rind cheeses I'd recommend our aromatic Pálava. Perfectly balanced residual sugar and a fresh streak of acidity.
