„We harvested the 2023 Merlot on 3 October at a ripeness level of 24.4 °NM. The grapes were perfectly phenolically ripe, with beautifully concentrated berries and pronounced fruitiness. It is precisely this high level of ripeness in the grapes that has given the wine its fullness, smoothness and velvety character. The result is a harmonious Merlot with notes of ripe cherries, blackberries and delicate chocolate, with a long and mellow finish.“
