„We harvested the 2024 Pinot Blanc on 4 September at a ripeness of 21.5 °NM. As with our Pálava, we used skin maceration during vinification, which allowed us to extract more pronounced fruity aromas from the grapes. Even during fermentation, the wine surprised us so much that we labelled it the ‘aromatic winner’ in our cellar notes. The result is a fuller-bodied Pinot Blanc with notes of peach, nuts and lemon, a pleasant sweetness and a fresh finish.“
