Life at the winery right now: We've just finished trimming the shoots. The vineyards are battling extreme drought, but thanks to irrigation they remain in good shape.

We harvested the 2024 Pinot Gris on 9 September, when the grapes had reached a fine, healthy state of ripeness. We vinified the wine in such a way as to preserve its naturally fuller and smoother varietal character. The result is a dry Pinot Gris with notes of ripe pear, delicate buttery pastries and a mineral finish.
