Riesling
Vintage 2025
An exceptional wine made from grapes affected by the noble rot Botrytis cinerea, which brings out the very best in every berry. The result is an exceptionally rich and complex Riesling with a distinctive honeyed aroma, notes of dried apricots and candied citrus fruit, and a subtle hint of lime blossom.
The high residual sugar is perfectly balanced by fresh acidity, giving the wine a harmonious, elegant character that never feels heavy. The full-bodied extract lends the wine a long finish and great ageing potential.
A wine for special occasions, to be savoured slowly, and for lovers of great sweet wines.

„Not every harvest allows a wine of this category to be made. A berry selection wine is created only in exceptional vintages, when the grapes reach extraordinary ripeness and concentration. In some wines, the noble rot Botrytis cinerea also plays its part, evaporating water from the grapes and concentrating the sugar, acids, aromas and extract. The result is an exceptionally complex Riesling with great ageing potential, made only in exceptional vintages.“
