The first-ever frizzante produced at our family winery, named after our first-born daughter, Sarah. A subtly sweet flavour, with notes of raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant jam. This is followed by notes of wild strawberry and blackberry sorbet. A medium-length finish with subtle acidity. Aromas of raspberries, strawberries and summer fruits. Citrusy, fresh and pleasantly sweet.
