Pinot Gris

Vintage 2025

Late harvest0.75 l11 %

A modern and elegant Pinot Gris with delicate aromas and an excellent balance between freshness and residual sugar. The nose reveals notes of ripe pears, yellow fruit and a light floral hint, which lends the wine a pleasant softness.

The palate is juicy, round and very easy to drink. The residual sugar of 10.2 g/l is beautifully complemented by the crisp acidity of 6.7 g/l, giving the wine a balanced, lively and light character. The lower alcohol content of 11% emphasises its elegant and fresh style.

A modern take on Pinot Gris – a delicate, fruity and pleasantly harmonious wine for everyday drinking or for longer evenings with a glass. 🍷

What it pairs with

It goes down a treat with roast chicken, creamy risotto, pasta with a delicate cream sauce or roast fish. It also pairs well with Brie, Camembert or milder semi-hard cheeses.

We harvested the Pinot Gris grapes on 8 October, when the sugar content was 21.4 °NM. They were beautifully healthy and ripe, so this time we opted for vinification without maceration, aiming for a clean, fresh and fruity profile.

Fermentation took place at around 19 °C. After fermentation, we left the wine on its fine lees for four months, which gave it softness, roundness and a slightly fuller flavour, without losing any of its freshness.

The residual sugar of 10.2 g/l is balanced by a pleasant acidity of 6.7 g/l. The result is a semi-dry Pinot Blanc that is juicy and harmonious, yet light and very easy to drink.
