Riesling
Vintage 2022
Riesling, the king of wines and the wine of kings. This certainly holds true of this particular wine. We harvest Riesling as one of the very last varieties; the sugar content at harvest exceeded 24 °NM, and the grapes were perfectly ripe, thanks in part to the noble rot Botrytis cinerea, which concentrated the most important elements within the berry – aroma, flavour, sugars and acids.
The quality of the grapes is also evidenced by the incredible sugar-free extract, which reaches 33 g/l even with residual sugar. Fermentation was not halted; the wine fermented spontaneously to these levels. Aromatically, it captivates with citrus and apricot notes; your palate will be filled with fresh, mineral flavours, rounded off by a natural, juicy acidity.
The quality of this wine is further confirmed by prestigious awards – a Gold Medal at the 2025 Czech Republic Wine Salon and a Grand Gold Medal at the 2026 Valtice Wine Fair.

„Riesling, the king of wines and the wine of kings. It’s a perfect fit here. We were among the last to harvest the grapes, with a sugar content of over 24 °NM. Some of the berries were affected by the noble rot Botrytis cinerea, which naturally concentrated the aromas, flavours and sugars within them.
We allowed the wine to ferment naturally to its final form. The result is an exceptionally full-bodied Riesling with a sugar-free extract of 33 g/l, in which ripeness and sweetness blend beautifully with fresh acidity and minerality.
Its quality is confirmed by the Gold Medal at the 2025 Czech Wine Salon, the Grand Gold Medal at the 2026 Valtice Wine Fair, and the Grand Gold Medal of the Mikulov sub-region in 2026.“
