Welschriesling is close to our hearts. We grow it on 10 hectares – a full third of our vineyards – and it is the most important variety of our winery. Our customers love it just as much: it has long been our best-selling wine. This vintage is fresh and juicy, with aromas of green apple, lemon and delicate linden blossom. The palate is dry and harmonious, with pleasant acidity and a light mineral finish.

„For this Vlašák, we allowed the grapes to ripen right up until the start of October 2025. We harvested them on 7 October at a ripeness of 21 °NM and allowed the must to ferment slowly at a controlled temperature of around 19 °C. The result is exactly the kind of Vlašák we love – dry, fresh, juicy and wonderfully drinkable.“
