„We planted Solaris as a variety that fits perfectly into our organic vineyards. It is naturally hardy, ripens very early and produces healthy, beautifully aromatic grapes – which is precisely why we use it every year to make the season’s first burčák.

In 2025, we harvested Solaris as early as 13 August. A distinctive fruity aroma accompanied us throughout the fermentation process and remained in the finished wine. The result is a juicy, distinctly aromatic Solaris, full of tropical fruit.“
