„We harvested this year’s Müller on 25 August. We wanted to preserve its characteristic floral aroma, fresh fruitiness and the lightness that is typical of a young wine. Aromatically, it is very similar to last year’s vintage, but thanks to its lower alcohol content, it comes across as more delicate and juicier. It is exactly the sort of young wine that is best enjoyed fresh, whilst it is still full of its natural freshness.“
