An aromatic Gewürztraminer from our AEIBIS vineyard. Its aroma is reminiscent of roses and lychees; on the palate, it is dry, with a delicate acidity and typical varietal character.

„We harvested the grapes for this Tramín AEIBIS on 30 September. They were beautifully ripe and had a sugar content of over 22 °NM. We deliberately timed the harvest to coincide with this level of ripeness so that we could allow the wine to ferment to dryness whilst retaining its freshness and pleasant drinkability with a lower alcohol content.

Traminer is a variety you can recognise just by its aroma. With this wine, we wanted to give its typical aromatics free rein and show what it tastes like in a dry style. It contains just 0.4 grams of sugar per litre – the aroma of roses and lychee is thus complemented by a dry flavour with a delicate acidity.“
